The facts and information have been gathered here for you. Prostate cancer is the most common type of cancer found in American men, other than skin cancer. About 1 man in 7 will get prostate 
cancer during his lifetime. Prostate cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in men, behind only lung cancer. About 1 man in 38 will die of this disease. But this don’t have to be your result. It can be prevented, if you get checked! In addition to this, there are other pains of our past that can result in destructive behaviors if they’re not dealt with. My goal for this book is to give you the information via my journey of surviving this disease, combat and overcoming pains of the past so that you have the power to cure your life of strife and pain, gain the power to see and understand that your careless actions can and have hurt people. Once you read this book, it is my hope it will change your life forever for the good.
About the Author
Major (Ret) Henry H. Washington, III is a native of Thomasville, Georgia. He is the son of Henry H. Washington, Jr. (deceased), and Rose Washington of Thomasville, Georgia. Major Washington graduated from Thomasville High School in 1987 and enlisted in the military in 1988 as a Chemical Specialist and later a Military Police Officer. Major Washington graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate from Savannah State University/Georgia Southern University, Savannah, Georgia in June 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He has a dual Masters in Business and Security Management from Webster University. He is pursuing a PhD in Business Organizational Management from Trident University, Cypress, California. Major Washington has retired with 25 years in the United States Army and continues to serve as a Fulton County Deputy Marshal.
