Hear ye, hear ye! We are pleased to announce that the Sweet Auburn Curb Market will be open seven days a week, starting on September 13, 2o15! We think this deserves front page news, and the full text is below that.

Sweet Auburn Curb Market - Sunday Hours with border

Due to the growing success of the Atlanta Streetcar, the Sweet Auburn Curb Market is expanding its public hours to include Sundays.

Current hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sunday hours will be 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Opening on Sundays will be a historic first for the Market, which first opened in May of 1924.

The Market curently has 28 individual businesses, including produce and meat merchants, a bakery, a bookstore, a pharmacy, and 11 of the most popular eateries in the city.

A variety of entertainment will be part of the Sunday experience. In addition to live music, the Market will broadcast football games on the big screen in the food court, and feature an open mic with a variety of local performers.

Note: As a special incentive for visitors who may not ride the Streetcar, the Market will offer parking validations for two free hours on Sundays. (Monday-Saturday parking is free for one hour.)
