SnoBayou is a company that offers New Orleans-inspired snoballs (not to be confused with snow cones!). They take a handcrafted block of ice and finely shave it, giving it the consistency of snow. Then they pour their homemade syrups over top. Their syrups are made with REAL fruit — mostly from local farms — and organic sugar. They offer options to stuff your snoball with their handmade ice cream and/or their organic snocream, sweetcream, fresh fruit, and more.
Their slogan is “We like to change lives one snoball at a time!”, and with sweet treats like these, especially with warmer weather coming our way, we think they will do just that!
